Roof Garden
a review by Safire
Hookah Juice was in wild rare form Saturday night at Phoenix Hill Tavern.

The Roof Garden was packed, the music was loud, the boys were rocking and the girls were swooning. Hookah Juice played a show unlike anything I've ever seen. There were wall-to-wall people and they were all rocking out to the good time vibes.

Big E was laying it down like no other, complete with props! A true entertainer he even came out to mingle with the crowd while rocking down. And we all LOVED the pigtails!

Spyder was sliding and gliding on those strings better than I remember hearing in a long time, and he's always amazing. He had his own little groupie circle going off the side of the stage.

A/C's beats were thumping hard through everyone pulling people off their asses and on to their feet. Amazing dude...he's the backbone that grooves this band along.

And then there's Brother Brian. The decadent leader. Surrounded by screaming women he didn't miss a beat (except when Repercussion showed up) singing us all into a night we never wanted to end.

I heard tell there were several radio station DJs in the house that night surprised by the amazing presence Hookah Juice brings. Now that I just can't understand. We've been aware of this for quite some time.

Amazing to see how much this band has grown in only six months of playing. Their first show was March 17th, and the September 16th show was the best to date. I can't wait to see where this band goes next.

Promoters and club bookers...you better hit up http://www.hookah-juice.com now to get this band booked for your venue or event. They're taking off and we can only hope to stick around for the ride.
